This plate was a freebie from my mum's work place.
I think this is quite a clever idea to help people control their portion sizes, if they want to lose weight or something... unless they heaped their food on the plate.
To be honest, I bet hardly anyone actually eats healthy, moderate portions nowadays..

Martijn was invited to be on a panel at Esmee's school project, which was about men and their children and health & healthy food. These girls have to present a dummy website in a few weeks on this subject which they presented with mood boards and a questionnaire.
